In a peculiar episode, a 45-year-elderly person was murdered by his neighbor following a fight about pounding a nail in the divider. The episode happened on Thursday evening in Nirankar Nagar at Azmi Nagar Gate – 7 in Malwani in suburbia of Mumbai.
The perished, recognized as Rasees Ahmad pseudonym Raees Bhai Tempuwala was attacked by his neighbor Nazir Ahmad that prompted his downfall. As indicated by the police, a battle broke between the perished’s child and the charged over pounding a nail in the divider. Rasees was resting subsequent to imploring the entire night while watching Ramzan, as per reports. Around then Ahmad began pounding a nail in the divider and Rasees couldn’t rest because of the sound. His child went to Ahmad’s home to request that he quit pounding the nail which prompted a contention.
In the end, from a contention the two broke into a clench hand battle. Rasees, who woke up due to the disturbance went to his neighbor’s home to break the battle. He was punched by Ahmad on the chest and he fallen. Rasees was raced to an emergency clinic yet specialists proclaimed him dead on appearance. The Malwani police booked and confined Ahmad and started the examination.
The perished was serving in the administration of a neighborhood madrassa. The body was sent for the dissection to the metro run Bhagwati Hospital and further examination is in progress.
“We have enlisted the case under different segments of IPCs including passing by carelessness 304(a) and have captured the charged,” said senior monitor Jagdev Kalapad from Mawani police headquarters.
